
Bradford Volz
I am a son of God, a veteran, a husband, a son and a brother. I am also a person in long term recovery from PTSD and substance use disorder.
I live in New Hampshire with my wife, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses and a donkey. I am a 50 year old disabled US Army Veteran of Desert Shield/Storm and Farewell. I also deployed as an Army Civilian to OEF and OIF for a total of 104 months in a 13 year period. In December 2019 I was medically retired from federal service just shy of 33 combined years of service.
In the past I have worked as a volunteers with;
1. Touchstone Farm in Temple, NH supporting the Veterans Horse Power program.
2. I served on the board of directors with Reality Check in Jaffrey, NH
(realitychecknh.org) for 2.5 years and was also their veteran support
coordinator.
3. In 2017 I founded an organization for veterans called Veterans Recover.
I currently serve as a volunteer on several local committees;
1. Souhegan Valley Outreach Team (Faith based)
2. Community Action for Safe Teens
3. Milford Outreach Committee
4. Good Samaritan Network
In addition I also serve as a full time volunteer as the President for the Addiction Recovery Coalition of New Hampshire.
