At ARCNH.org, we believe that healing and empowerment thrive in community. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce EmpowHER — a warm and welcoming weekly gathering designed to support, uplift, and connect women from all walks of life.
Join us every Tuesday at 10AM at 180 Elm Street, Milford, NH, for a space dedicated to shared strength, compassionate support, and real conversations.
Whether you're navigating recovery, seeking meaningful connections, or simply looking for a place to be heard, EmpowHER offers a judgment-free environment where every voice matters. It’s more than just a support group — it’s a sisterhood rooted in understanding, empathy, and empowerment.
Why EmpowHER?
Women often carry immense emotional and mental loads, balancing family, work, and personal struggles. In recovery or not, these pressures can feel isolating. EmpowHER is here to remind you that you are not alone. This group provides a supportive community where women can connect, share experiences, celebrate victories (big and small), and hold space for one another through challenges.
EmpowHER was created with the intention of cultivating a community of mutual support. It’s a place where honesty is welcomed, and healing is nurtured through shared stories and open-hearted conversation. There's no pressure to speak — just come as you are. Whether you choose to listen or share, your presence contributes to the collective strength of the group.
What to Expect
Each Tuesday at 10AM, EmpowHER brings together women in a safe, inclusive space at ARCNH.org. Meetings are facilitated by our compassionate team members, Christen, Recovery Coach and Family Support Specialist, and Christine who is co-chairing (also working towards her CRSW) both of whom understand the importance of peer support. The structure is informal yet intentional, giving attendees the freedom to guide discussions and explore topics that matter most to them — from recovery and wellness to self-worth, relationships, and personal growth.
You’ll find warmth, encouragement, and practical tools for navigating life’s complexities. Most importantly, you’ll discover a group of women who are walking similar paths and are ready to lift each other up every step of the way.
Who Should Attend?
EmpowHER is open to any woman looking for support, encouragement, and connection. Whether you're in recovery, supporting someone who is, or simply in search of a nurturing space to grow, this group is for you.
There’s no need to register or prepare anything in advance — just show up. We believe in low-barrier access to connection and healing, and EmpowHER reflects that mission.
